Meet the First ever Kaplan Scholar – Richard Gadd
Richard Gadd, 18 from Farnborough School in Nottingham won
this prestigious prize back in 2007, becoming Kaplan’s first ever
scholar. Through Kaplan’s CV service Richard secured a trainee
accounting position with Tenon a leading Accountancy company in the
UK. Richard started his AAT studies with Kaplan back in September
2007 and completed the AAT qualification so quickly that he has now
progressed by studying his ACCA qualification with Kaplan this
year. Richard one day hopes to become a Chartered Accountant.
Richard’s comments
“ Kaplan has been excellent, providing me with expert help and
advice throughout my AAT studies. With the help and support from
Tenon and Kaplan I was determined to achieve the AAT qualification
by the time I was 18 so that I could quickly progress onto studying
towards my ACCA qualification, I will now become a fully qualified
Accountant faster than someone who has studied Accountancy at
University. I would highly recommend the Scholarship Programme to
any student who wishes to persue a career in Accountancy.”
