Kaplan Summer Schools

What is the Kaplan Summer School?

As part of our commitment to young people, every year Kaplan hosts a FREE Summer School at your local Kaplan centre. This programme is aimed at year 11, 12 and 13 students to help young people make the right career step.

Why should you attend?

This four day course is the perfect way to find out more about what it's like to be an Apprentice, provide you with the opportunity to meet prospective employers to find employment and talk to current Apprentices for advice on the best step for you.

During this time we will introduce you to:

• Working in a professional environment
• CV writing
• Interview skills
• Business and Accounting

At the end of the Summer School, you will receive a Kaplan certificate which can be added to your National Record of Achievement, with the added opportunity to let us market your CV to our employer base, through our dedicated CV Service.

How to apply?

To take part in the Summer School courses, you need to complete an application form, complete with a testimony from a supporting teacher and email this to steponup@kaplan.co.uk

When do the applications start?
