- The Kaplan Apprenticeships social networking site is a public
www site with secure groups for Kaplan students, Kaplan clients and
Kaplan staff
- When adding content to the site we respect each other’s
opinions, whoever they are, wherever they are
- People should not be critical of postings, if someone has a
contrary opinion this should be constructed in a positive way, with
a positive alternative course of action proposed
- We should never criticise any individual, students, Kaplan
staff member, clients or competitors
- Kaplan students and clients should not invite people to join
the private groups site who are not Kaplan students or clients
- Use of Forums: - Please address the specific topics of the
conversation
- Use of Forums: - Support your point of view with well founded
arguments and facts
- Use of Forums:- Please respect the views of others and consider
them carefully before responding with postings of your own
- Use of Forums:- do not post messages that are not relevant to
the debate topic
- Use of Forums:- do not post repetitive messages, including
cross posting and flooding
- Use of Forums:- do not post messages with no content
- Use of Forums: do not post virus files, or code which might
interrupt, destroy or limit functionality of the site or any
computer software or equipment
- Kaplan reserves the right to ban members who contravene the
terms of use
- Users of the site must not submit any content that:-
- Is threatening, abusive, libellous, indecent, or graphic
including hate speech directed at specific ethnic groups,
nationality, sexual orientation, organisation, corporation,
religion and which breach any UK laws
- Infringes copyright protections
- Attempts to disguise the origins of the postings
- Encourages others to commit illegal acts or harass
individuals
- Non Kaplan staff should not use the functionality of this site
as a selling/marketing tool. Any overt selling messages will be
removed.
