• Act as the first point of contact for the Financial Planning & Analysis platform queries and issues across the Group.
• Support the groups transition to a common ERP system feeding the Financial Planning & Analysis platform.
• Assist with the improvement of forecast templates used across the Groups operating businesses, working with the wider

Group.
• Identify and reduce manual, repetitive tasks in the reporting and forecasting cycle.
• Produce the groups recurring weekly and monthly financial reports and reporting packs.
• Play an active role in preparing the monthly board meeting pack, and in enhancing the groups performance reporting

• Support the groups annual budget cycle, including data collection, consolidation of submissions, and analysis.
• Support the Financial Planning & Analysis team with ad hoc analysis and reporting requests.
• Prepare performance analysis that explains why a variance exists — distinguishing between an incorrect assumption and

• Prepare bridges and analysis that tell the story behind the numbers, not just the numbers themselves.
• Support capital allocation and investment case appraisals across the Group.
• Help identify opportunities for profitable growth.
• Use this analysis to inform continuous improvement of the drivers and assumptions underpinning the groups forecast
