Description
Billing Management
- Manage physical billing for product and project orders, including sending invoices as required.
- Communicate with Supply Chain and Project Managers regarding stage payment and milestone due dates.
- Review and reconcile billing discrepancies with customers and internal departments.
Milestone and Stage Payment Setup
- Set up stage payment billing for new product orders based on agreed staging.
- Set up milestone billing, ensuring alignment with project deliverables and payment schedules.
Accounts Receivable & Credit Risk
- Onboard new customers and set appropriate payment terms and credit limits.
- Monitor accounts receivable ageing reports and follow up on overdue payments.
- Assist in resolving billing issues or disputes with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions regarding overdue payments and payment commitments.
- Monitor and control credit risk using tools such as credit reference agencies, trading history, and payment trends.
Reporting and Documentation
- Generate regular reports on billing activities and accounts receivable.
Document and update billing procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing enquiries related to billing, payments, and account status in a timely manner.
- Build strong customer relationships to foster trust and encourage timely payments.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to support a positive customer experience.
