Description

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Financial Accounting

Assist with month end close e.g. accruals
Support intercompany accounting e.g. invoice processing
Bank reconciliations
Balance sheet reconciliations
Supporting the employee expense process (Unit 4, SAP)
Support AP Team as needed
Support wider Finance Team as needed.

FP&A support

Support PO process, including review of open PO’s by asset and currency
Prepare consolidated departmental cost centre reports, summarising expenditure by cost centre and providing underlying transaction detail to support Finance Business Partner review.
Ad-hoc Treasury support including actualising daily cash balances
Support the Finance Business Partner with the preparation of the rolling 13-week cash flow.
