AI Apprentice

We are looking for a motivated and curious AI Apprentice to provide general office and administrative support while learning how the organisation works.As your confidence grows, the role will develop into specialist support for the secure, responsible and effective use of AI across the business.Alongside your day-to-day duties, you will complete Kaplan’s AI Champion Level 3 apprenticeship, developing practical skills in AI tools, workflow improvement, automation, troubleshooting and responsible adoption.Over 18 months, you will work towards becoming a key team member who helps colleagues use AI confidently and effectively.Key Responsibilities

• Providing general administration, data entry, filing and record keeping.
• Managing shared inboxes, correspondence, diaries, meetings and office enquiries.
• Supporting colleagues across finance, operations, customer service and other functions.
• Following confidentiality, data protection and security requirements.
• Using Microsoft Office and business systems to produce clear, accurate work.
• Learning current workflows, identifying AI improvements and reviewing outcomes.
• Testing approved AI tools and creating prompts, templates and simple workflows.
• Providing first-line AI support and escalating technical, security or policy issues.
• Creating guidance and delivering demonstrations, one-to-one support and group training.
• Completing apprenticeship learning, workplace projects and assessments on time.
• Supporting large-scale projects, such as the introduction of a new AI chatbot for customer queries.
