Description

Job Duties include:

Processing sales invoices and sales ledger tasks.
Processing purchase invoices and purchase ledger tasks.
Bank Reconciliations and postings.
Journal Input.
Ticket Checking.
Answering phone calls and responding to e-mail queries.
Statement Reconciliations.
Filing.
Assisting other team members where needed.
Working on Excel, Word, Sage 200 and Weighsoft.
Month End tasks and reconciliations as required.
Creation of New Supplier Accounts.
Matching Tickets to Invoices.
