Description

Job duties;

Save bank statements.
Ordering daily.
Post card machines transactions.
Post Sch Fund bank transaction (inc trip income)
Post donations account bank transaction.
Update donations spreadsheet.
Sales Invoices.
Post Petty Cash.
Lunch Queries- remove any incorrect lunch charges as and when needed.
Pull the income reports off Bromcom weekly and fill in the trip requests.
Catering- all catering requests and queries.
Count any cash income and get it ready for the bank.
