Description
Job duties;
- Posting purchase invoices.
- Checking pricing and posting sale invoices.
- Posting bank transactions and bank reconciliations.
- Checking and posting staff expenses.
- Collating and posting of credit card statements.
- Credit Control, liaising with customers and resolving queries.
- Reconciling supplier statements and intercompany balances.
- Assisting with maintenance of customer price lists.
- Monitoring accounts emails and responding to queries.
- Ad-hoc requests from Financial Controller.
